The whitening foam included in your Aligner Kit uses a gentle hydrogen peroxide solution to whiten your teeth and clean your aligners. You may use it up to 4 times daily and use half of a pump per aligner tray. After you reinsert your aligners, just spit the excess whitening foam into the sink.
