CandidPro is now a nationally approved AGD PACE FAGD/MAGD program provider

After completing a rigorous qualification process, CandidPro is now officially approved to offer continuing education (CE) credits under AGD PACE. This approval also opens the door for dentists who earn CE with Candid Academy to work towards their CE requirements for AGD Fellowship and Mastership Awards. 

This is a major milestone for our organization as we continue to develop features and services that meet the needs of our providers. 

The process for offering CE through AGD PACE began several months ago with expert guidance from Jim Sieg, Director of Clinical Marketing, Strategy and Operations. Jim joined our team in 2021, bringing his wealth of experience in the orthodontic technology space to CandidPro as we transitioned to a 100% doctor-directed model of care. 

Jim advocated for hosting clinician-focused webinars, and his hard work helped spread the word about CandidPro clear aligners while pioneering our approach to provider education. He also played a key role in stewarding our first CE offerings with vendors like CE Exchange, CE Approved, Viva Learning and Compendium. 

“Breaking ground on our provider education initiatives was a team effort that I am proud to continually support,” says Sieg. “We worked together to dial in our process, which helped us meet AGD’s high standards with flying colors.”

Jim played an integral role in standing up our webinar and CE functions and currently manages all AGD PACE administration, compliance, CE certificate generation, distribution, document warehousing, records, audit administration, and more.

On the provider-facing side of our CE and learning function is Sandra Lambert: our go-to host for webinar events and our Director of Clinical Education. Sandra has a deep understanding of provider-focused learning, practice operations, and chairside techniques. Under her guidance, CandidPro is offering more webinars than ever before with a diverse range of topics that cover details about our products, different approaches clinicians take when treatment planning, and much more.
