Looking back on a successful year for CandidPro 

As we close out 2024, we want to send our warmest regards to everyone who has made this year so special for CandidPro. We’ve accomplished so much since this time last year, and we’re looking forward to hitting the ground running in 2025 as we continue to grow our business and bring our very best to our providers.

We opened the year by announcing two new Candid Academy Faculty members: John Flucke, DDS, and David Little, DDS. These two well-respected clinicians and dental industry luminaries brought new faces to our team and helped share our game-changing remote monitoring technology with even more providers. Dr. Flucke loved his experience with CandidMonitoring™ so much, he included it as one of his Top 5 Test Drives of 2023 in the January edition of Dental Products Report.

Then, at the Chicago Dental Society’s Midwinter Meeting, we announced key enhancements to our signature retention system: PermaForm™ clear retainers. Our team spent quality time with the Philips Sonicare team at their booth as we made new connections and interfaced with our existing providers.

Shortly thereafter, Dr. Little sat down for a virtual video interview with Dentistry Today’s Editor-in-Chief, Dr. Paul Feuerstein to discuss his experience using CandidPro in his practice—and his experience as a CandidPro patient.

We also completed a rigorous qualification process to become an approved continuing education provider under AGD PACE. This approval allowed us to further enhance Candid Academy’s educational offerings by giving providers convenient ways to work toward their CE requirements for AGD Fellowship and Mastership Awards.

Over the summer, after months of tireless efforts by our team, we released several new features and product enhancements as part of our Summer Feature Launch. These enhancements included options for 7-day or 14-day wear schedules, expanded support for elastics, improvements to the Provider Portal, and an upgrade to our patient monitoring flow.

Later in the summer, we were proud to be featured in Dentistry Today as a Top 100 Reader’s Choice Product and in Inside Dentistry with a glowing review from Lou Shuman, DMD, CAGS.

Fall and winter brought some exciting updates to our social media presence, with a new page dedicated specifically to our CandidPro product launching on LinkedIn. Additionally, we celebrated two years of highlighting our providers on social media and in our monthly provider newsletter, The Update, in our Practice Spotlight series.

All of these highlights were made possible by our team, our providers, and everyone who supported our mission of building the best clear aligner system for general dentists. We are so grateful for everything you’ve done to help us improve our products and grow our business.
