CandidPro Concierge delivers new patients to our providers

We’re proud to announce a complimentary new service for our providers to help connect them with prospective patients. The service, called CandidPro Concierge, helps patients seeking our state-of-the-art clear aligner therapy connect with a provider in their area. We’ll offer CandidPro Concierge as a pilot program for select providers to begin, with a full rollout planned for later this year.

New patients are the lifeblood of general dental practices. It’s often cited that a healthy dental practice with one doctor on staff should target 1,600–1,800 active patients. They can also expect to lose around 17% of their patients each year due to patient relocation, insurance changes, deaths, and other reasons. Our new CandidPro Concierge service will help general dentists attract the new patients they need while also driving revenue beyond semi-annual hygiene visits.

For patients seeking clear aligner care, CandidPro Concierge begins on our website with a short “smile quiz.” Visitors answer simple questions about their smile, reasons for pursuing clear aligner therapy, and contact info. After submitting the questionnaire, an AI-powered protocol matches them with a CandidPro provider nearby and shares the provider’s information with them via email. CandidPro Concierge also sends the patient’s information and pre-written email communications to that provider so they can proactively schedule a consultation appointment if they wish.

How many patients should I expect from CandidPro Concierge?

Right now, CandidPro Concierge is a pilot program. We expect referrals to be low to start. Referral volume will likely also vary based on geographic location, with practices in or near major metropolitan areas more likely to receive more referrals. 

How does CandidPro determine which practice CandidPro Concierge refers patients to?

CandidPro Concierge is an automated system that uses location data and case submission numbers to determine which practice to refer patients to. Practices with high production numbers are prioritized after accounting for patient proximity.

Is CandidPro Concierge a free service? 

Yes! There is no additional cost for CandidPro Concierge. It’s just another value CandidPro offers to our providers.

Do I have to opt in to CandidPro Concierge?

No. If your practice is included on our Doctor Locator, you are automatically eligible for referrals from CandidPro Concierge.

Can I opt out of CandidPro Concierge?

Yes. If you’d like, you can email CandidProConcierge@candidco.com to opt out.

Can I update the email address CandidPro Concierge will use to send me referrals?

Of course. Please email CandidProConcierge@candidco.com to start the process of making that change.
