Dr. Kalli Hale has successfully scaled to six practices in the highly competitive greater Houston area. She is a Clinical Advocate for Vivos Therapeutics and works with dentists around the country to develop clinical protocols for the treatment of mild to moderate sleep apnea.
Dr. John Flucke is in private practice in Lee’s Summit, Missouri where he spends four days per week in direct patient care. He also serves as Technology Editor for Dental Products Report magazine as well as Chief Dental Editor where he writes, edits, and does video demos of products featured in his “Technology Evangelist” columns. David A. Little, DDS, received his doctorate degree in dentistry at UT Health San Antonio Dental school and now maintains a multidisciplinary, state-of-the-art dental practice in San Antonio, Texas. An accomplished national and international speaker, professor, and author, Dr. Little also serves the dental profession as a clinical researcher focusing on surgical placement and restoration of dental implants and technology integration. He also shares his expertise on emerging technologies including CBCT, planning software, surgical guides, digital workflow, and restorative techniques.
Dr. Kevin Goles has been immersed in dental sleep medicine since the beginning of his career and is recognized as an expert in the field. He focused his research during his dental residency on Obstructive Sleep Apnea and the substantial negative effects it can have on one’s health and quality of life. He is a Vivos Clinical Advisor and teaches doctors throughout the country in the field of Sleep Dentistry. Dr. Goles is a Diplomate with the American Board of Sleep and Breathing.
Dr. David Gates graduated from the Marquette University Dental School in 1986 and trained at the Dawson Center from 1993–1999. He has lectured internationally for over 20 years, earning a reputation as one of dentistry’s top thought leaders along the way. Dr. Gates has a particular interest in managing IPR for his patients and for doctors and his lectures on the topic are among his most requested.

When Dr. Lindsay Williams began treating her patients for sleep and airway, she quickly realized she had found her passion. In 2018, she decided to hang up her drill and has been dedicated to solely treating patients for sleep and airway ever since. In addition to treating adults and children at The Vivos Center, Dr. Williams shares her knowledge of healthy airways at dental conferences and with our CandidPro doctors at Candid Academy.
